Mystery frequency - 246.8

Several air units doing ACM, bombing runs, laser targeting...
very interesting.....thing is...I have no idea who uses this
frequency...signal good into North Texas....

Haven't heard any ID's....definitely a/a, and VERY INFORMAL..

Any help on a user greatly appreciated.
