This was very strange.

HAYAK/HYACK [rhymes with KAYAK or HIJACK if you used a soft "J"]

I thought I heard someone speaking Dutch on 348.750 [Westover Tower].  I could not hear tower [134.850]] at first, but eventually faded in. HAYAK was apparently doing pattern work and landed around 1725Z.  He was speaking heavily-accentd English.

I could hear Westover Ground [118.350] directing him to taxi to a certain spot.

Tower and Ground both repeated back the callsign, so I'm pretty sure of the pronounciation, but not the spelling.
