This is a resend. It seems somehow my mail program sent the message in
HTML format, which the mail servers didn't seem to like. I hope this does
better. I also took the liberty to update the message text a little as
well.

=============================

Greetings everyone,

Some interesting logs Sunday evening, all monitored on Winnipeg Centre VHF
ATC.

Netherlands Air Force ### (sorry, missed the number), handed off at about
2320 UTC Sept 28/08 from a Winnipeg Centre VHF ATC frequency (sorry, don't
know which one) to Winnipeg Arrivals 119.5. Unknown aircraft type,
destination Winnipeg, but origin unknown. Not sure what the Netherlands
Air Force is doing up here this time of year.

CANFORCE 2589 heard later Sunday evening, being handed off to Winnipeg
Centre 123.8 (low level sector - eastern Saskatchewan). Origin and
destination unknown, I'm guessing this is a C-130, but it is a guess.
Sorry, did not get the exact time, and I only heard him once.

CANFORCE 4182 HEAVY, first heard being handed off to Winnipeg Arrivals
119.5, so inbound to Winnipeg. Heard later on in the evening with Winnipeg
Centre, so I'm thinking he landed Winnipeg, and then departed again flying
west somewhere, but likely overflying Saskatchewan. Since he used the
"heavy" designation, this could either be one of the CC-150 Polaris or the
new CC-177 Globemaster III's.

I've monitored a couple of CANFORCE 41xx aircraft over the past few days
(4173, 4180, and now 4182). Not sure what's going on around here.
