[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - PARASITE

     11175.0 was active at 2132z with ANDREWS bcsting a 22-character
EAM (YJBWWS).  At 2202z MCCLELLAN (fair/good) bcsting a 28-character
EAM (YJGAJU).

     11175.0 was active at 2206z with MCCLELLAN bcsting a 26-character
EAM (370SXX) first heard at 2101z from ANDREWS, and the 22-character
YJBWWS. Apparent repeat EAM activity from MCCLELLAN.

     11175.0 was active at 2211z with PARASITE (fair levels here)
calling MAINSAIL.  He apparently raised a HFGCS station with the call
but he faded into the noise floor and the ground station was unheard.
