tnx for that info .... I should have added originally that both ASCOT 9330 & ASCOT 9331 rqstd climb to altitude [post-AR] of btwn FL380 and FL410 .... that's definitely the time when you caught them.  Both were headed more WSW.

ASCOT 9321 was on a much more northernly route .... he was passing over Niagara [or very close to it] ..... definitely farther north than the previous two.

I am positive there were three tankers.

As for the accents, the RAYA or REYES flt [tnx for that input Michael] was definitely not speaking the Queen's English ...... English-as-second-language, yes.
