These are what I picked up on SBS yesterday afternoon ....as
on of their heights was to high for refueling I guess they had
refueled at this point.

I had no visual or voice, but as you can see from the times
there were slightly apart, but definatly only two VC10's came
into my area.

As for the voices being foreign sounding I would guess it was 
"The Queens English" !!
