"Teal 73" (WC-130J Hurricane Hunter, Keesler AFB 403W 53WRS) for phone
patch to DSN 434-3420 National Hurricane Ctr, Miami. Reports that
their system has locked up and they have corrupted text. They are
outbound to the southwest quadrant of the storm at the 105 DME point.
