Yes, i can.  The pilot said it was.  Had no markings or drop tanks so i asked him if it was headed to the refurb facility at North Island.  He said no it was headed to the boneyard at Davis-Monthan AFB.  Why it wasn't given to another unit as a hand me down beats me.
