1212Z : Andrews wkg Offutt on 6683.0 - Rqst decypher text ..... [followed by about 60secs of encrypted transmission] ...... Simultaneous tests on my mark ... 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 [followed by Andrews doing a 1-5-1 test count.  I couldn't hear Offutt during this]
