     11175.0 was active at 2310z with an unknown player (fair/weak;
presumed player as id was stepped on by ANDREWS) bcsting a
28-character EAM (HYMW22) slightly preceding ANDREWS' HFGCS (good
levels) bcst of same.  At 2311z ANDREWS (now at fair/weak levels but
at good levels on 15016.0) rebcst HYMW22.
