Apologies for the duplicate post, since I forgot one item. The F-16 Viper West was monitored on 123.15. They used this for both A2G and A2A. In A2G, the pilot was relaying speed and altitude information to his spotter. It was also used when the pilot was chatting with the airshow announcer. In the A2A mode, it was used to coordinate the Heritage flight with the F-86.
I've monitored the UHF frequencies for the Raptor and F-15 demonstrations, and can confirm that 123.15 was used in a similar manner as the UHF frequencies. Beyond cuing the start of the performance to start the music, and relaying speed/altitude, there isn't a whole lot of chit chatting on this 'spotter' frequency. Oh, and there is the usual 'atta-boy', when the demo is done.
