[MilCom] AR snafu in Yankee Laser

KILLER x3 [F-15 104FW] flight was playing in Yankee Laser North and scheduled to refuel with either TOPCAT 2 and/or 3.

For some reason they didn't hook up and KILLER had to RTB due to fuel level.  I could hear some comms on their AUX 259.900 and with TOPCAT on 319.700.

It 'sounded' like someone screwed up .... I thought I detected some harsh tones.  One of the KILLERs commented that if they had set their BINGO to emergency, one of them could have hooked up.

I could hear KILLER lead apologizing to a TOPCAT

TOPCAT 3 later lamented to ATC that they had to expend fuel and were trying to find someone in AR609 to take it .... they asked ATC a couple of times if they had the freqs for AR609.

TOPCAT 2 ended up at Westover doing T'n'Gs to use up fuel.  Then they headed off to McGuire.

Anywho .... hoping someone who was closer to the action than I can fill me in on what happened.
