[MilCom] AR-315 getting tense

Something 81 is up in AR Ops W/DECOY 99 (C-5A, WV ANG) on boom primary 343.25  (81 passes tail # of 60-0314)

DECOY 99 reports his middle windscreen just cracked.  He went thru the book and it shows he can continue the AR.  So no harm, no foul.  The older planes are always the toughest!!

Also have HAPPY 51 (KC-135R, IL ANG) up W/SENTRY 08 (E-3, Tinker) in the AR-633A/B anchor over E Tennesee on boom primary 240.35  (SENTRY 08 passes tail # of 77-0355)
