[MilCom] Novmber Exercise Activity

Well we finally have names, etc for all that Strategic Command Post activity 
monitored by members of this list and others earlier this month.

There were several exercises that were being run concurrent to Vigilant 
Shield 09.

Vigilant Shield 09 ran concurrently with other exercises including U.S. 
Strategic Command's Global Lightning 09 and Bulwark Defender 09, Canada 
Command's Determined Dragon, California National Guard's Vigilant Guard and 
the State of California's Golden Guardian.

Those California exercises might be one of the reasons we had three PAC 
Tacamo aircraft up around Nov 20th (actually it was probably part of Global 
Lightning 09). ;-))
