Hello Jack & the group:

Does this mean that Grand Forks will also have HF antennas at that location 
OR does it just mean they will have connectivity with other transmitter 
sites?  The article only mentions a control center.

Remember with Scott AFB also had a HF Ground station, and they would perform 
phone patches for aircraft flying in the continental US.  My understanding 
now is that many (if not most) AF Command Posts throughout the US have phone 
patch capabililities via their respective UHF frequency assigment.
