[MilCom] George Fetter just arrested again

Looks like George Fetter has been arrested again.
   For those who don't know, Fetter is the erstwhile or current  operator of 
the site _http://www.milaircomms.com/_ (http://www.milaircomms.com/)  and  
other sites on which he has advertized products.  He served time a couple  of 
years ago for fraud related to sales of items on these sites.  Fellow  radio 
hobbyists on groups such as rec.radio.scanner have also long discussed  Fetter's 
reputation for non-delivery of items he offered for sale to the  radio hobbyist 
community.
   According to the Nov 15 Booking Records for the Volusia County  FL Jail, 
seems to be for Organized Scheme to Defraud, Violation of Parole or  Violation 
of Probation.
