1600Z : CHINA 12 wkg Bradley on 125.350 - apparently had been doing pttn work @ Westover and was heading out to go north 'up the river' [probably the Hudson] and VFR to Navy Brunswick.

I didn't hear him in the pattern but he sounded like a P-3 and they often would head west and then north up the Hudson on return to NHZ.

At first I thought he was saying CHARLIE, but it kept sounding like CHINA.  At least a c/s that started with the 'ch' sound.
