  Sorry if a repeat, but it appears this never got through the first time.

  Does anyone know how to contact Daryll, or if his book is still being published?  I see the on-line mil list he used to post is no longer.  I think my copy is about 3-4 years old, and I think the last edition of the printed book was about the 14th edition (around 2003?).

  Any update on the status of Daryll's book or even an email address for him would be appreciated.

  I see Amazon is offering his book (2000) for $245!!
