Ed,

JENA is the call for the FBI's Cessna's and such. They also use ROSS 
 from time to time (I remember someone mentioning the difference but 
can't recall it).

I do, however, Believe the company is legit.

I think this JENA might be a DOJ aircraft? It's call sounds familiar.
