Had 3, possibly 4 apparent ground stations at PAX conducting Test counts. 
Other radios brought up and put on the freq at the same time had some
transmitters cleaner in AM mode. Some cleaner in NFM mode.
Later review of another Scanners audio on this freq in AM mode reveals the
majority of the comms were indeed in NFM mode.

heard any comms whatsoever from the MIGs.
