[MilCom] Sting IFE update.

STING 11 IFE
He did land safely, is on the runway being checked
out. 
143.850 V 01 Beehive ops. 11 gear wouldn't lower @
APN. Gear handle stuck in up position coming back to
the over head, declare an emergency w/ app Sting 11 I
will have Weasel land first then I'll land 2nd.
