After a number of tries, I finally was able to understand him, as well as JAX.

052 : 'Rqst updated JOTS PLOT for CLOCK in our area' [caps = phonetically spelled]

JAX : 'There are ?two? CLOCK in your area.  N2552 W07905  ..... N3252 W07905.

[I don't know if the first was a mistake and he corrected, or what]

053 : 'Rgr, rqst freq for CLOCK so we can conntact them'

JAX : 'We don't have a freq for them, contact GIANT KILLER'

The first co-ords are roughly just east of Miami, the 2nd are a bit NE from Charleston, SC.
