[MilCom] Overwight aircraft

Don't know who it is, but on 129.1 right now, and I'm sure it's a 
commercial aircraft talking to someone about dumping 20000 lb. of fuel 
and landing on 28R (maybe SFO) as this is the longest runway, but are 
they too heavy at 750000 lb. for the runway and at the landing speed 
will they have enough runway to stop.  Just ID as 837.
