Looks like Central Nebraska Regional Airport in Grand Island, NE will be the 
main base for operations (5 aircraft, about 100 personnel, comm van, 6 to 7 
ground teams)  Be interesting to see if any hobbyists monitor any 
activities, especially on CAP's new frequencies.
