Was reviewing the audio late into the night and lost a braincell. You are
correct I had HX-21 on the brain I guess. 

HX-21 is the Helos (BLACKJACK)

And VX-23 for STRIKE as you point out. (SALTY DOG)

I think you mean VX-23 for the Strike Test guys? 
VX-21 is the helo test people.
