DOG Flight of 2, DOG 1 & 2. Sounds like they were doing some photo work. DOG
one following DOG 2 around the PAX and possibly GK airspace. At no time did
I hear any comms I could associate being to/from a ground site.

DOG should be VX-21 (STRIKE) PATUXENT RIVER NAS

The freq itself is a bit fuzzy as far as usage around here. Reliable
monitors have it as good for HX-21 as well as ECHO CONTROL at PAX.
