"Florida CAP Uniform 1" is up on 148.15 in comms with several FL CAP
stations, including FL CAP 234 regarding a real-world or exercise SAR.
 They are discussing launching an acft. They will also be monitoring
CAP Freq V-4 (149.5375 in this area).
