[MilCom] KSPS T 38 C fatal crash

The plane crashed while attempting to land at KSPS.  No other details 
released yet.

A T 38 C assigned to Sheppard Air Force Base crashed this morning at the 
field.  Both pilots were killed.  That is all the information I have at this 
time.  Will send an update when I get it.
