[MilCom] VMFA-312 Returns to the Air

Over the last few weeks, VMFA-312 from MCAS Beaufort has returned to the 
skies over the GA and SC coast after a recent deployment.  They continue to 
use the CHECK 6# callsign and are using the same Base and Tac frequencies 
they did previous to the deployment:

228.200    VMFA-312 Base
301.950    VMFA-312 Tac 1
320.300    VMFA-312 Tac 2
