I found this website today for pilots
http://www.seeandavoid.org it was setup
to help keep them out of military airspace
and avoid midair collisions.It has a
number of nice features it shows military
use airspace with ATC freqs it show locations
of military bases with some showing what military
aircraft are based there also special use airspace 
and low-Level Training routes.I dont know if it
will help with milcom monitoring but I thought
I would post this just in case
