[MilCom] PACK 62 gear problem

PACK 62 took off with PACK 61 about an hour ago.  They noticed they had
one of their main gear only half way up.  They turned back towards Pease while
PACK 61 remained on coarse to AR-204 to meet up with OPEC 43.

Currently they are holding over SHOLS working with HAMMER on 321.000
It seems the gear will go down but will not show level or locked.  When they
retract, it won't fully retract and they get no indicators that it is retracted fully.
They are discussing whether to stay over SHOLS or to go find a very long
runway. (with a slight joke, preferably in Florida!)  He said, of coarse we
could just stay here, Pease is long enough.  Fuel will become an issue soon
if we need to go elsewhere, we'll need to get refueled if we keep burning at this rate.

They are coming inbound to fly by the tower and see if anyone can spot the problem
with the gear supposedly in the up position.  Tower said it looked like it was hitting
part of the fuselage hindering it to fully retract.
