[MilCom] F-117 Retirement Ceremony @ WP

Today there was a retirement ceremony for the F-117 at Wright Patterson AFB.
STEALTH 91 & 92 taxied out to rwy 23R and awaited the ceiling to lift 
for a fly by.
STEALTH 91 was finally cleared and took off and did one pass for the 
crowd before coming back in for a full stop.
STEALTH 91 had its underside painted with the American Flag.  After 
91 landed 92 taxied back to the hangar that was used for the ceremony.
While this was happening LARVA 86 called the tower on 126.9 & 
281.45  and asked to do a fly by.  Soon, an E-4 did one pass before 
departing.  Tail # 50125.
Just before I left C-130 NAVY Whiskey Bravo 815 arrived for a full 
stop. Tail sports a vertical sword through a banner.

The Buckeye MOA was very active with F-16's from both Springfield and Toledo.
BLADE 51 - SCOFF 11 - STING 51 - STING 41 - ATOMIC calls all heard.

Caught PACKER 1 with INDY Center on 360.775 & 317.8
