     4415.0 was active at 0307z with unid station (weak/mosty
unreadable; too weak to id; female operator) bcsting at least X45NWK,
and as with past USN activity but unlike the player activity on the
HFGCS, she used the character count statement (28) at the end of the
xmsn.
