[MilCom] Big Fight in W-157

There is currently a big air-to-air combat training fight in the 3 and 4 
X-Ray areas of SEALORD's W-157 area.  F-15s from the 125th FW at Jax, 
F-16CJs from the 169th FW at McEntire JNGB, and F/A-18s from VMFA-251 at 
Beaufort are all involved:

301.000     S. TACTS Range
   -FANG 0# (F-15A, 125 FW) and SKULL 0# (F-15A, 125 FW) wkg
    STEALTH (117 ACS) for GCI and GATOR (RTO)

350.000     S. TACTS Range
   -TBOLT 5# (F/A-18C, VMFA-251), MACE 1# (F-16CJ, 169 FW),
    VIPER 2# (F-16CJ, 169 FW) wkg STEALTH (117 ACS) for GCI
    and GATOR (RTO)
