[MilCom] Thunderbirds providing CAP?

They don't do CAP's for NASCAR events. CAPS are
almost a thing of the past unless it's a HUGE (doesn't
happen very often) event. The POTUS doesn't even get
one anymore, at least here in Nashville. That doesn't
go for other places of course.
I would also like to know where the info of armed
aircraft performing flyovers also doing a CAP of the
same event? I've never heard of it. I don't think
the US brass would allow it, being too close to the
public eye, armed flyovers.
