[MilCom] New USAF Tanker

Frankly, I was stunned.  I will be looking for some
news articles that explain this in a bit more detail
so I can get more of the story, but on the short haul
I was just stunned that Boeing's over 50 years of
aerial refuelling experience was being tossed into the
proverbial refuse pile......
