[MilCom] from another group

There was some activity with lengthy messages on various frequencies, 
and even a little jamming - sounded like an exercise to me. Ive been 
listening to this stuff since the Berlin Blockade and this was nothing 
special. Much more spectacular stuff has happened before during 
exercises;  including multiple armed bomber launches and VERY serious 
jamming.

On 911 the single message was:
* "* *Tango Five Two  Break  Time 02 Authentication Oscar Foxtrot  * *"*
Then there was a Very long silence.

Real emergencies seem to trigger very short and simple prearranged messages.
