RAYGUN 1 (EA-6B, Whidbey Island) now up W/Memphis Ctr 288.35 @ FL280 requesting direct Buckley. 

ATC sequence has been Atlanta Ctr 354.025 "climbing to FL230">363.1>, Memphis Ctr 257.75>288.35  (FL280)

I guess this is Adam's Prowler (RAYGUN 11) that did the flyover down in Hotlanta.  YL at the radio.
