The current Combat Aircraft arrived yesterday featuring Marine Corps 
AV-8 Harriers. 
So today at Wright Patterson were 4 AV-8 Harriers at Wright 
Patterson...coincidence....I think not! Any ID on LEROY?? 
LEROY 81 Flight - WP to the Buckeye MOA and return 281.45 tower > 
269.275 Dayton App > 240.35 Blue Ash 
LEROY 83 Flight - WP to the Buckeye MOA and return 281.45 tower > 
269.275 Dayton App > 240.35 Blue Ash 
 
OTIS 15 - C-130 tried to depart WP but aborted takeoff. I did not hear 
what the problem was or if they left later.
