SCOUT 99 Re: [MilCom] Northern Virginia Milcom - 06.03.2008

Well, coincidentally another WMass scanner reported a SCALP 99 [apparently with BD tail code] B-52 landing @ Westover on Wednesday evening.

So ....... hard to be sure with out actually eyeballing it.  Unfortunately I wasn't monitoring at the time.
