Hi,
After discussing this with Adam and receiving some other info from
further NE, I've got to believe this was SCALP 99 as opposed to SCOUT
99. A common mistake I guess, but interesting he had no O2 mask on
when I heard him transit through WAS CTR airspace...and I still got
the callsign wrong evidently...8-)
Thanks for all the info guys, corrected log below.
