0053Z : ROMEO wkg HOTEL on 08204.0 - DLRP is PINEAPPLE ..... what frequency is your unit using?  HOTEL replies Delta 1  [HOTEL possible non- US Navy, heavy accent]

0111Z : INDIA wkg Unknown [with heavy accent] on 08204.0 - vry weak, but sounded like INDIA was trying to establish which frequency the other unit was using.
