[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Florida CAP busy on 148.15

     Not sure if we have a Civil Air Patrol exercise coming today, but
148.15 has been busy with their comms this morning.
     Most recently, "FL CAP 427" tried to reach "FL CAP 423."
     "CAP Mission Base Melbourne" has been calling "CAP 450."
     Might sit on the freq for a while.
