Most likely part of the JTFEX taking place off the East coast
with the USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group.

CARD FILE is A P-3C, VP-5. (Also LIMA ALPHA)
COLD WARRIOR is thought to be the USS Mason, DDG 87.
BROTHER would be USS The Sullivan's, DDG 68.
FIDDLE is Jax NAS TSC, usually heard on 8971.0.
TANGO ZULU would be the Sea Combat Commander
for the USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group.
