As with the exciting as well as the mundane aspects of the monitoring hobby, 
whatever "floats your boat" applies!!!

With 500+ aircraft assigned to CAP, perhaps the boring aspect of the 
transmissions is why there isn't that many loggings US wide reported to the 
list(s)!
