Another one came through earlier at 1805Z and rocket scientist here
thought he was landing IAD at the time.  So...minutes passed as he
continued what I thought was an extended 25 mi. downwind to rwy 1R (as
is often the case with heavies depending upon time of arrival), and
only after it was well out of sight did it dawn on me that he was
headed to Quantico not IAD.  This even when yours truly sees this
standard arrival all_the_time.  8-)
