Our good friend Mark Cleary has passed along his latest reference sheets for 
the following services that use the HF spectrum:

US Coast Guard (complete list of aircraft, cutters, callsigns, and various 
shore establishments), DHS Cothen Net, DEA Panther Net, TISCOM, FBI ALE Net, 
and the US Army Latin American Skywatch Net. All of these sheets are posted 
to the two blogs listed below in my sig block and links to these and other 
frequency references posted to these blogs are located down the right hand 
side of the blog page.
