Mike get a copy of Scan Control at http://www.scannersoft.com  If you just need to program your 2052, 
see if the Lite version will meet your needs. Keep in mind, however that newer PCs don't have serial ports
so you may need a USB-serial converter. The folks that market Scan Control also market these as well.

The editor is, to me, klunky and takes some getting used to, but it does work OK.
