[MilCom] DEECEE 98/FIRST 41

DEECEE 98 (KC-135R, Andrews) is up W/FIRST 41 "flight"
(F-22A, Langley) on boom freq of 285.15

Not sure which direction they're headed.  I guess
Westbound cause DEECEE is up KC Ctr 120.825 and said
they were heading 290 for weather.  Not sure how many
are in the FIRST flight either.
