[MilCom] OMEGA 71 off Huntsville

He's probably enroute to relieve OMEGA 70 who is
currently AARing with ROMAN 35 "flight".  They are up
now on 336.1 (AR-455) and OMEGA 71 was mentioned as
coming later.  Right now 336.1 is being messed up by
either garbage interference on my end or a stuck mike.
 Sounds like an open carrier.
